Used to improve liver function in chronic liver disease, and to relieve physical fatigue and general lethargy caused by impaired liver function.

วิธีใช้

Adults take one capsule at a time, three times a day.

ก่อนใช้ควรทราบ

Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to it, or if you have severe bile duct obstruction, fulminant hepatitis, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, are a child, have inflammation of the large or small intestine such as Crohn’s disease, radiolucent calcified gallstones, a non-functioning gallbladder, acute cholecystitis, kidney disease or peptic ulcer (acute gastric or duodenal ulcer), or if you are hypersensitive or have had an allergic reaction to soybean oil, soy or peanuts. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have severe pancreatic disease, gallstones, hyperlipoproteinaemia, diabetic hyperlipidaemia, pancreatitis or another disorder of fat metabolism, if lipid emulsions must be given to you with caution, if you are hypersensitive or have had an allergic reaction to Yellow No. 4 or Yellow No. 5, or if a fat overload would put you at particular risk. Keep to the stated dosage and directions.

ห้ามใช้ร่วมกับ

Do not take this medicine together with oral antidiabetic medicines (tolbutamide), cholestyramine, colestipol, medicinal charcoal, antacids containing magnesium or aluminium hydroxide, medicines that increase cholesterol secretion from the liver (for example oral contraceptives containing oestrogen, or lipid-lowering medicines such as clofibrate), or medicines that damage the liver.

Stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, stomach ache, constipation, heartburn, stomach discomfort, itching, rash, general lethargy, dizziness, calcification of gallstones, raised liver enzymes, a fall in white blood cells, or interstitial pneumonia (with fever, cough, difficulty breathing and abnormal chest X-ray).
